Some platforms take 20% or more of every walk, forever. On £1,500 of walks a month, that's £300 gone before you've bought a lead. BearWalk is one flat monthly price, about what you'd charge for a single walk, and every penny your clients pay is yours.
Payments
Card payments and Direct Debit through Stripe are built in and being enabled during the private beta. Invoices already track exactly what each client owes, and you can record payments as they come in.

Pricing questions
Is every feature really included on both plans?
Yes. Solo and Team unlock exactly the same features. The only difference is how many walkers are on the account. There is no "upgrade to unlock" tier.
Do you take a commission on my walks?
Never. BearWalk charges a flat monthly subscription. Your clients pay you directly and the money from your walks is entirely yours. We don't take a percentage of anything you collect.
What does a Team plan cost with extra walkers?
Team is £29/month and includes two walkers. Each additional walker is £6/month, so a three-walker business is £35/month and a four-walker business is £41/month, still with zero commission on walks.
Can I move over from another dog-walking app?
Yes, without retyping anything. Export your client list from your old software as a CSV and upload it on the Clients page: BearWalk matches the columns (names, emails, phones, dogs, rates, addresses and notes) by their headings automatically, whatever app they came from. Then tell the built-in assistant who walks when, in plain English, and it sets up your recurring schedules for you. Most walkers are moved in well under an hour.
Will my price go up later?
No. The price you join on is the price you keep for as long as you stay subscribed. When public prices rise after the beta, early users stay on their founder rate.
Can I change plans or cancel later?
Yes. Move between Solo and Team as your business changes, switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel any time. There is no lock-in.
