Automatic invoicing for dog walkers

BearWalk turns completed dog walks into invoice lines automatically, so every billable walk is ready for the right client cycle.

BearWalk invoices screen with outstanding, overdue and paid-this-month totals, an average time to pay of 2 days, and invoices carrying viewed, overdue and paid statuses
Generated and sent automatically from completed walks. BearWalk follows up.

From completed walk to billable line

When a walk is completed, BearWalk knows the client, the dogs, the date, the price and the cancellation status. That is the invoice line, created the moment the walk finishes, at the price that was locked onto the walk when it was scheduled. Nothing is retyped, so nothing is forgotten.

Client-specific billing cycles

Some clients prefer weekly billing. Others prefer monthly. BearWalk respects each client's own cycle: invoices generate and send themselves on the right day for that client, every walk itemised with its date, fees on clearly-labelled lines.

Statuses you can act on

  • See viewed, overdue and paid at a glance: no spreadsheet reconciliation.
  • Overdue invoices get chased by automatic reminders, not by you.
  • Average time-to-pay tells you whether your billing rhythm is working.
  • Unbilled walks are surfaced so nothing slips between cycles.

Why it matters

The core promise is simple: get paid for every walk, automatically. The walks you did in the rain in February should not depend on your memory in March.

FAQ

Can I still edit an invoice before it goes out?

Yes. Automation builds the invoice; you stay in control of it. Add lines, waive fees or adjust before sending.

How do clients pay?

Straight from the invoice (card or Direct Debit), with the money going directly to you. BearWalk takes zero commission on walks.
