Recurring scheduling for dog walkers

Create recurring dog walk schedules, generate the real walks and handle one-off changes without spreadsheets.

Templates and occurrences

BearWalk separates the recurring plan from each actual walk, so a single change does not damage the schedule. Cancel one Tuesday and next Tuesday generates exactly as before; the cancelled walk keeps its own record, status and (if your policy says so) its fee.

Group walks that stay billable

Group walks can include multiple households while still keeping each dog and client billable correctly. On the day, the group workspace runs your round (pickup order, who is on board, notes from clients), and a late cancellation drops off the route with its fee applied.

Holidays and exceptions

Client holidays pause the affected walks (and their invoices) automatically, then resume on the return date. One-off changes touch one walk, never the pattern.

Built for billing

The schedule is not just a calendar. Each generated walk carries its locked per-dog price, so the moment it is completed it is billable on the right client's next invoice. The calendar you plan with is the same system that gets you paid.

FAQ

Can different dogs in one walk have different prices?

Yes. Pricing is per dog, with overrides at client, schedule and walk level. Each dog's price is locked onto the walk when it is generated.

What happens when a client cancels one walk?

That occurrence is cancelled (with your cancellation policy applied if it's late) and the recurring schedule carries on untouched.
